I got a reply via email from TRAI asking me to submit my RMN/Sub ID for my LDP issue i had sent to them.

@Anish bro my LDP ends on 26th Feb. Do I have to recharge now according to trai rules or will wait for some more days. I didn't get any refund in my account till today for this Feb month but today I got message that my date expire on 25th Jan. But no channels is turn off from my pack.

Some relief possible if we fight with advance mail to customer care and cc to Trai Breaking News - TRAI asks Operators to continue LDP, if Customer wishes to..!

My LD pack is ending on 2nd March... Shd I activate my new trai packs or wait

@Anish bro, my South platinum HD pack is going to expire on 26th Feb. So do I have to contact the CC immediately else wait till 1st Feb. As my account is showing the due date is 25th Jan but all my channels are running perfect. No refund is done in my account for that February month.

CC mentioned someone that all LDP are actually 11+1 month. So they will remove 12th month free part after 1 feb. U r eligible for free 12th month till 31st jan though. that's why u are still getting channels. tomorrow u may need to recharge as per new pack choice
