Dileep's festival releases are much anticipated and we hear that the actor has now zeroed in on Arun Gopy's political thriller for his release this upcoming Vishu.
The movie, which is scripted by Sachy, has the actor playing an MLA with Prayaga Martin and Radhikaa Sarathkumar in other pivotal roles. The film will go on floors later this month.

Kuttikalundu Sookshikkuka Movie Review...
Kalavoor Ravikumar’s third tryst at direction has him helming a movie that has the theme of patriotism at its core, but tells the story from the perspective of two children.
The movie introduces a family that comprises of commando Gautham Keshav (Anoop Menon), his wife Shahida (Bhavana) and two school-going sons Niranjan (Sanoop Santhosj) and Neeraj (Sidharth Ajith). The beautiful life of the family is dislodged after Keshav is murdered by terrorists. As Shahida puts on a brave front to lead a normal life for the kids, the two boys then take it upon themselves to avenge the death of their father after spotting the head of a terrorist network during a school trip.
For most parts, Kalavoor Ravikumar’s directorial is a wasted opportunity. The film could have easily cashed in on the plot to come up with a Home Alone type of fun film given the umpteen scenes involving the children using their expertise to capture one of India’s dreaded terrorist. Instead, the film takes itself too seriously and hence comes off as silly at the end of it – especially how the country’s most wanted has chosen a tourist site as his hiding place and has only three henchmen to help him out in dire need sort of defies logic.
The film’s protagonists are the two children played by Sanoop and Sidharth, who do their roles with ease and show no discomfort as child artistes. In fact, their antics make the movie watchable for kids, at least. The movie though has too many melodramatic scenes – like when Shahida tells her parents about how brave her husband was or the kids contemplating the modes for punishing a terrorist who killed their father. Kuttikalundu Sookshikuka is definitely a better attempt by Ravikumar than his previous directorial Father’s Day, but it still follows a clichéd path that sometimes errs on the side of a soap opera.

Mohanlal’s ‘Oppam’ selfie with fans...
Looks like it's raining good news for actor Mohanlal. After his film Pulimurugan became triumphant in breaking all mighty records, the latest is that Oppam have completed 100 days of screening. Fans were equally elated for the actor's success.
Mohanlal recently posted on his social networking page a selfie taken with fans during the success bash.
The film saw Mohanlal and his director-friend Priyadarshan team up after a while.

Sunny Wayne To Play A Vijay Fan In His Next...
Ilayathalapathy Vijay is one of the most popular Tamil actors in Kerala. The actor has a huge fan base in the state and it is quite evident from the enormous success that his movies enjoy in Kerala.Reportedly, a Malayalam film which is in the pipeline would have its central character as a die-hard Vijay fan. Actor Sunny Wayne would portray the lead role in this movie, which would be directed by Jijo Antony of Konthayum Poonulum and Darwinte Parinamam fame.
Interestingly, the announcement of the film was made in one of the theatres in Trivandrum, where Vijay's superhit film Pokkiri was re-released recently. Both the director and actor were present during the function. The makers have titled the movie as Pokkiri Simon.
