My TATA Sky Portal not Working on some browsers

Can't login to MyTATASky Portal Anymore

After last upgradation of their MyTATASky Portal, i am unable to login their... It's only my problem or what?

Mystic already told it was working after upgradation... Today only not working... If you have solution about MyPortal TATA Sky login then give and i will ask to Odisha Nodal officer today... I know him well...

The new Tata Sky portal must be having issues connecting to the database. Try logging in after some time.
Even Hathway online account does not work some times when the portal changes.

i can actually login to my portal but i could not do anything else...


once i logged in to the portal i am greeted with this message

clicking on any links logs me out... :wall

Strange problem... The website is fine... But latest portal have some bug with browsers... I have installed all browsers in my PC to test the My TATA Sky portal... It is not working/giving the same error as Madhan told in Google Chrome & Safari... In IE8,9, Netscape & Firefox it is working fine... Sharing some My TATA Sky images after successful login from Firefox...

good observation and u r right buddy...

just now i checked... i have 4 browsers on my system and the portal does not work in Chrome and IE9. but it works fine with firefox and opera.

so i believe it might be due to some html/css or jquery tags because its a known bug that chrome and IE do not support few tags. lets hope it get resolved.
