Recommend FTA STB

I bought IMPEX IR766. It was tunned to INTELSAT (SW direction) by the technician. I get about 47 channels with C-band LNB only.

It comes with 1 year warranty. I comes with all the latest commonly needed/used specifications. It costed 3100/- including the technician charges as I had the 6feet dish already.

I need an advice. If I add a KU band LNB will I get more channels including good FTA hindi movie channels like enter10/Manoranjan etc.

Please advice how to get more channels.

Last 10 days I am lost all the malayalam channels that were avialble. Says no signal, but I never changed any tuning, still I am getting other channels (tamil, kalingar, kannada etc)

1) Its a HD FTA MPEG 4 stb, so it has a HDMI port and it supports HDMI output

2) It supports blind scan

3) No, it doesnt have cam module slot

4) It doesnt support multi CAS

5) No, its not linux based

6) Yes it supports OTA upgrade

7) Its India manufactured. Solid has a 6 months - 1 year warranty on its stb and has its service suppport in following states

Some channels of Intelsat 10 at 68.5 degrees East with 40% signal quality can also be received in the same position by little adjustment of LNB.
