Sony Max 2 nowadays mostly just showing films which r with fta chs too.

Race , Ekk Main aur Ekk Tu has not premiered for a long time. Also Khakee, Raja Hindustani, Masti airing very few times on colors or rishtey cineplex. Even Raja, Dum not getting adequate time on star/disney
Atleast in case of Raja Hindustani regularly airs on Viacom. Tommorw rishtey cineplex is airing at Sunday prime slot 11:40 am

At that time SRK had agreement with zee. Dilwale must have went to sony bcoz of Rohit Shetty Films. Also i think at that point Red Chillies did not rights of have Eagle Films library so Sony or Star got it thru some other agreement
No, Dilwale went to Sony because Sony pictures network (at that time MSM) had signed deal with Red Chillies Entertainment for that movie
Go though the full article then it will be clear 👇
Venky Mysore, CEO of Red Chillies Entertainment on his part said, “Red Chillies has consistently pushed the boundaries across the spectrum, creating and producing entertaining content and ensuring it engages audiences worldwide on all the different platforms. In a first for us, we are entering into a partnership with MSM, that will explore content production across different platforms – TV, digital and films
Sony’s MSM acquires TV rights of Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dilwale’

Yes as dilwale didn’t get the desired box office collection and the upcoming srk movies weren’t exactly satellite friendly so Sony must have backed out.
And it proved to be correct, his next films didn’t do any wonders on tv and the red chillies web content on Netflix is also average.
Wasn’t worth paying 300 odd cr for 4 films.

Star quality is bad compared to Sony though
Ur right bro I agree today bhootnath pq was horrible compare to sony.
Bhoothnath's PQ - Star Gold HD > Sony Max SD/Sony Wah/Sony Max 2 > Star Gold SD/Star Gold 2
But Bhoothnath's AQ On Star Was Very Bad As Compared To Sony, Though Neither Sony Nor Star Aired It In Dolby Audio
