Signal Issue

guys,today morning, i am not getting signals on tatasky hd plus box,then i gav master reset,then on transponder selection option i am not able to select insat satellite,when i selectinsat ,it goes to signal showing screen,it shows full signal,but there is no okaybutton,for next screen.Then i tried to select gsat,signal strength was full and quality was low,but surprisingly okay screen came.But no channels are coming.please help me guys.

go to system setting then 01 press select installer setup go to satellite setting go select in4a-14 select then start to view
