Simple rule

Air tel 100 customer can give 100 complaint

Compare to tata DoCoMo 50 cut give 50 complaints

MTS 20 crust all give 20 complaints.

Air tel max subscriber, so max complaimts

Sorry to say bt Tata docomo is d best network. M using indicom from last 7 years and docomo from last 4 years. It gives unlimited T2T calls, cheap internet and sms plans. What else do u want. I never had any complains.

dunno if you follow subscribers figures from TRAI. Or not it say so and do search for Airtel got maximum complaints that TRAI gave out and people are better off with others than them.

Thats tru bro... Airtel has maximum no.of complaints from customers. The is no. is very high even if you check no.of complaints per thousands of customers. Not only that, Trai has rapped & fined Airtel many times because of its policies towards customers. Last 10 yrs of data shows that Airtel has been a pioneer in framing customer policies to cheat them. It seems it is getting reflected in AdTV policies towards customers.
