About one week ago at evening tata sky set top box showing no signal, please check your cable. I have verified the cable from the roof to the TV . No problem was found. At last I called for a technician he solved the issue. my set top box not getting signal from insat4A -14 trasponder then he change the transponder to insat4A-18. Then I got the signal and quality up to the mark. But now the problem is I cannot watch many channel from insat4A-18. for saying Tata sky added 6 new HD channel. My set top box getting no signal when I changed to those new HD channel . More over I cannot view many SD channel like Star plus, sony. But star plus HD and Sony HD can be viewed.
Do anybody knows this solution ?
