I bought TS with annual pack couple of years ago and not recharge my account after completion of 1 year subscription



now a planned to recharged my account with annual pack again but to my surprise my account is showing negative balance of 3285 and lodged various complaints with CC but they saying they have no idea about nature of this amount and that i have to pay this but when i asked them please tell me what nature of amount this is and they said they have no record and idea about it and refused to help


any friend can tell me what to do even new connection cost way less than this but i have brand new stb and dont want to throw it away

This looks like a similar issue I was about to come across when the annual pack was expiring, as the due date post expiry of my account was something like 160+ daily burn rate hence the cc suggested to move to different base pack or renew my annual pack. Tweet them they should be able to help you

Go to Mytatasky


1) Login using your subscriber ID
2) Click On Ac details
3) then go to transaction history

There you might be able to find how your balance went into negative

Ask your dealer whether you can get a new Subscription ID on the same STB.

That means you can use your old STB, Wire, Dish with a New ID

He is not specifically saying pakistan.

He means that you live in a place where Tata Sky does not provide service. So weather you live in Nepal, USA or China

How can you say pathetic service when ts don't provide service in pak it's you people who use ts and other indian dth illegally in pak so facing problems should be a normal :s

Also ts gsat 10 don't have coverage in pak :no
