yes u should reallign ur dish, this signal quality is too low. i have adjusted my dish by calling engineer to max signal quality level and i do not even face signal loss in heaviest rains

ok...and you said hardware will also change...then what happens to my 6000rs dvr box which has no recording indicator light? it is certainly not the best design as of...so if they change, how do i get the stb of right design?
from my point of view...union of every good things of videocon d2h and every good things of tata sky could a best dth...see who takes the step forward...right now strugging with d2h dvr functionality...and for recording hd channels forced to use adtv and waste around 110 (base)+150 (hd) rs

OK, I got a call from Videocon and they said even if signal quality is 100%, it will not make any difference to the clarity of channels. It will remain the same as on 65% signal quality. They will not send any engineer to increase my signal quality.
VideoconHD: More channels, less quality.
TataSky HD: Less channels, more quality.
are bhai , tell them to send the engineer, ur signal quality is too low. u will face signal loss quite often in bad weather. call them and tell to send an engineer
