One More Doubt @Gobinaath Bro.

Even Though 706rs UPP Got Activated, My Monthly Rental Was More Than 900 At Approx. 32 DBR. How Come This Happens Bro..? My Monthly Rental Should Be Only 706 Right..?
R u in make ur own plan option ?? If means then pack + add-on cost is the possibility

If you have recharged for 704 and if 704 is for that new plan on your account, it's your fault. Why did you recharge for 704.
Are you serious? Come on, I see you can read and write English. It's a common sense that specific numbers on recharge are denominations. It'll activate plans automatically. There's nothing to blame airtel here. It's your mistake. You can request for a refund but you should have done immediately. I'm not sure if you did.
Everything should be in Customer's control in the new regime. Airtel CAN NOT change the packs based on recharge amounts anymore, if one had already selected their own plan. They can do this very easily if they want to. They just need to set a flag for the Customers who selected their own plan and should not touch their accounts, regardless of the recharge amount. It's plain ridiculous to activate their plans based on a recharge, even after the Customer had selected their own plan.

Yup Bro. Broadcaster Packs + Al La Carte + Airtel Tamil FTA.
yup then it's make ur own plan + Airtel Recommend plan(UPP) = monthly rental 900+

@Gobinaath bro, see the screenshot as promised. These were the recharges made after selecting the plan (From 30/Mar/19).

That's what I'm saying bro. Whoever wants the UPP must be those that haven't selected their own plan. There should a way to differentiate them right? In the new regime, Customer should have complete choice and Airtel can't change the plan based on a recharge. They should find another way, as I said they should flag the customers appropriately.

Unfortunately there is no way differentiate & practically not possible too Anna .. I guess coz if it's happens then it's also one way of stopping customer freedom

Ex) if customer in MOP & he wants to change his plan to best fit plan via UPP .. So now how can the id*otic machine able to identify customer doing recharge intentionally to change plan or unintentionally doing as Monthly rental ??

Answer for this question may solve this issue 🙂🙂

Unique Price Point

To recharge unique price package will be automatically changed as recharge amount already predefined for airtel Recommend Monthly Package
Like mobile recharges for a particular pack ??
Whats the benefits ??
