Please guide me what changes should I make in TruHD STB Here In Jeddah To Receive All Dish TV Channels ?

I have read somewhere Dishtv services in Jeddah [KSA] is broadcasted only Asiasat5 or NSS6 , so what changes should I make in STB ? I'm illiterate in Dish / Channels / STB knowledge so kindly ignore my mistakes
