D2h no signals from 12.20

No rains, still no signals. Whats wrong with D2h? Seems it would be better to opt for other service. D2h is worst in rains.

Signals were off at 12.20pm and came back at 12.31pm. Clear sky at my place. Why is D2h not doing anything about this recurring problem?

yes it was on 13th june from 12.45 to 1.30 today from 12.20 and is continueing
