I did not know that RDTV was offering a new STB for Rs 500/-. I thought they will exchange it for another used but working condition STB for RS 500/-

How and where do I get a new STB for Rs 500

Call CC and u will get know all details..
I came to know as my RDTV STB too got faulty.. so asked them .. they offered me @Rs 500/- . if we have another STB then they will pair it and charging Rs 400/-

What is the definition of poor quality or not so good quality. Can you please provide an example

Since all DTH providers use MPEG 4 I thought the quality will be similar for the same channel.

Brother , a rdtv user saying rdtv has best picture quality, a dishtv user saying their s is best quality.and others saying theirs are best quality . almost all dth in similar. some changes only color,contrast ,brightness.

but package , sevice are very different :k
