Channel count doesn't matter friend it's people choice about which one they prefer to watch.
For some HD Channels may be basis to vote whereas for some it may be SD channels.

Someone will vote for addition of channel in their existing base pack..and so on
there can be many reasons.
If DDFD add a single pay channel than it can even become winner in that month.
But i agree with you we can not expect complete unbiased view..

I am not said only this (channel count) :no its just examble :k

I voted for Dish tv for adding more than 10 channels in this month
also for free preview of Colors Infinity this whole month.

Yeah bro I agree....
Some of them are voting based on number of additions and their favorite dth....

For Ex:

When XYZ dth adds 10 channels.....
while ABC dth adds 4 channels....

In which 8 channels added by XYZ already available in ABC dth

But most of them casting votes for XYZ dth saying maximum number of additions as reason.....
