They r waiting for sponsors to agree on paying premium rates for ad slots when some movies r premiered. Zee, Sony has fewer big titles in hand compared to star hence stalling many premieres while star done same to some films.

Even Star/Disney aired big Hollywood Films on Star Gold bcoz it will fetch better ad slot rates than on UTV Action. I think in normal situation ad slot rate on UTV Action would still b less than what currently Star Gold is managing to get

So looks like coolie no.1 also to release directly on hotstar,that's odd because previous posters mentioned amazon prime as the streaming partner.

So think zee has the full right to delay as long as possible as generally comedy type film gets very high add revenues as well as trps

I guess there is less chances for max 2 hd
I Don't think that it will be appropriate to have a HD one for a classic bollywood channel
