I heard TS is best in customer services from many users in this forum but found them opposite

i have contacted Videocon and Dish Tv by email in the past and issues resolved but this is the first time i contacted ts via chat via email but they never respond to emails,chats and tickets on portal

so i can conclude TS is worst among these 3 when it comes to customer services

i contacted TS by chat ,by generating ticket on online portal and by sending email from registered email address but in vain
