thats default forum location i guess every registered user get this location until and unless one change it manually by own

Since it is an indian dth based forum the default timezone for everyone are GMT +5.30 Standard Indian Time.

its been more than one and half month still no reply on chat and emails

i guess there is no one in TS customer services deptt who can read and write emails

brother there is no such technology which detects i am from India or not

just wonder despite of my so many emails and CC not even i single reply from them

and wanted to tell members that my account is normal as per their record not marked pirated or illegal

what i have concluded they dont respond all tatasky customers on emails

they just call their customers which is i guess pathetic approach

i know no end sight thats why already ordered new 4k box with 1 year TS subscription which is not easily available here
if dont get 4k then will get hd very soon

there is no such technology in stb

even if its available these stbs are not equipped with ans assume its available even then they cant detect from a powered off stbs that where its located
