We know that Zee Ganga is a Bhojpuri general entertainment channel. But since few days that is only showing movies. That too not in Bhojpuri but in Hindi.

Looks like Zee Ganga become a movie channel. They are showing Hindi dubbed South movies. It maybe rebranding soon with Zee Anmol Cinema 2.

I think so too. They cannot launch new channels because CCI has asked them to shutdown or sell three channels for Zee-Sony merger. And they also agreed to this. They agreed to sell Big Magic, Zee Action and Zee Classic.

So what did Zee exactly gained after spending 2000 crores on acquisition of big network. Only 10% stake in radio business. Bhojpuri market anyway doesn't have much competition. They could've easily launched a channel there and big magic was always unnecessary as Zee anmol serves the purpose.
