Yes, Sun Direct much better than Tata Sky. This is because Tata Sky is very costly & moreover it does not have Ten Channels in any base packs. Again, there is unwanted HD Access Fees ! This is an extra burden for TS Subscribers ! Then no pack in TS contains any regional channels. After your two free regional packs if you want to watch any other regional channels you have to pay extra for that. I myself watch English News at Jaya TV every night to get updates about Chennai. My relatives are staying in Chennai. My free regional packs in Sun are Bengali & Odia, still I get Jaya TV in my base pack. If I am interested to watch Ten Sports on Tata Sky I have to pay extra for that. Then some Devotional Channels like Aaservaatham, Angel TV, SVBC, Bhakti TV & Subhavaartha are not free in Tata Sky. But Tata Sky is having one advantage which I have to admit - i.e. RS 99 wala Pack ! That can be subscribed in HD Box as well ! Then again Sun is having RS 139 Economy Pack - But that pack has very less ROI Channels, so its useless for us ! I am not biased ! Tata Sky except for the 99 wala pack is very costly & is not affordable for ROI Users !
