And moreover, this is not an invoice.
They will give you a hand written bill and that will be signed by you or whoever collects it. The bill they will write in front of you after installation.
I also ordered online from TS site and paid via COD. Within 4 hours my installation was done. A smooth experience.

Edit - Called and they confirm it's a HD box. I still won't collect it. Wil get it from a store with a proper invoice.
