today a senior tech expert along with 2 jr tech experts came to my home and they straggled for 1hr 45min at last they solved my problem on i am getting a very good picture of early. i asked the sr tech person whats the problem due to heavy compression of tatasky they are going such bad condition in mpeg4 he also said there some new channels in this month so they are making space to avail for more channels to over come bad PQ tatasky had some plans he said so we need to wait and see whats the further is :huh

may be there slogan may become tru

@me_saket Yesterday like viswanath tata sky also send 2 trainers along with 1 sr.technician to my house and they said me that there is problem on your dish antenna,so I change my dish antenna still I am not geting good picture quality as earlier.I compalaint to ceo they told me that they will again sent the technicians tommorow.I ask the technicians the problem is due to heavy compression or what?They said no.There is no such reasons for bad picture quality.So,I want to know from Viswanath that What was exact problem with his connection?Why he got bad picture quality?What action taken by technicians in viswanath's tata sky connection by which he got back his good picture quality as earlier?.

Don't pay anything unless they solve the problem. They cannot demand money without solving problem. It's really strange that they are unable to detect the problem. What signal strength and quality are u getting now(on new dish)?

Now after changing the dish,no changes happen in pq but signal strength increase.Earlier I get the signal strength 40 t0 60 now I am getting 80 to 100 and signal quality 100.U can't imagine I am really geting very bad picture quality.Today I watch a cricket show in aaj tak news channel at 7:30 PM the faces of the cricket experts I can't see clearly.The faces are cracking heavily.Then immediately I connect my airtel HD,the picture quality looks terrific if I compare to tata sky.I think something problem in my stb not in the dish.

That's the same signal strength and quality I am getting but the strange thing is that u are getting bad pq. Have u tried factory reset of stb? Did u use same HDMI cable and same HDMI port of TV while connecting Airtel HD ?

i hav 4 hd+ n 4 hd box at my houses n all r connected on 3 separate dishes ..i m receiving good pq but cant compare with other dth as i havnt used any other...my questn is whether connecting 3 stb to 1dish decreases signal quality n strength n whether it effects pq also or not????
