Hi everyone, can someone throw any light that what is the purpose of 4 led lights in the analog meter & is it able to track HD channels ? :-/

Friends, afterall I got DBC analog satfinder from Lajpat rai mkt, Delhi @ 240 Rs. But I think it was not a good deal for me beacause of these reasons :
1. meter is fluctuating when indicator is changing from 0hz to 22mhz without touching the cable.
2. There is no direction compass
3.Unable to find the signals by the beeper. :s

If someone having the same plz share.
