Yes, i face it as well but then adjusting PQ settings reduces it. Resetting to factory PQ settings again gives back same issue.

I don't want brighter picture quality hence set it to standard. Vivid makes them look like as in showroom, brighter and darker.

But my friend who has a Sony Store said that Vivid will enhance the PQ. put on Light Sensor settings it will make the picture pleasing to the eye. Light sensor will automatically set the brightness according to the lighting of your room.
