Airtel digitalTV is revising monthly price of HBO premium channels (SD versions) from Rs 49 to Rs 79 effective 02-Jan-2014. So it appears HBO itself is revising the prices and it can be inferred that the HD versions would be priced at Rs 99, which is the price as per Tata Sky CC. So probably the channels would be added in the New Year.

HBO will probably revise the prices on their website in January when the change becomes effective. And that is also probably why TS has not been able to add the channels yet as the old price is still effective.
